Turning the dress over, we can see that the buttons up the back are sadly only for show and serve to partially hide the zipper.
The embriodery of the front bodice though is echoed on the back and nice fabric roses adorn the hem of the bodice.

A closer look at the rear waist of the dress gives a better look at the fabric roses - slightly squashed.
Opening up the zipper we can see the lining of the dress. Sadly we have no details of what young Maggie wore under
her dress, much less have had a chance to have a sniff of them.
