Kathy Midgley, (neé Rush), at 44 is
older than your typical bride all
dressed in white, but there’s
something about her dress that we
of the one that got away and Kathy’
s dress does not, (at this time,
anyway), reside in our collection.
Married, (to some kind of Elvis
look-a-like, apparently), in July
2004, Kathy’s dress featured a long
skirt which can be looped into a
bussle for the evening, presumably
to dance to some ‘Jailhouse rock’
or whatever. Kathy’s dress was
suitable for brides up to 5’5” tall and
included the hopped underskirt.
Sadly we never got our chance for a
closer look.
