Sadly Maryam's hairstyle hit a peak with 'The Living Daylights' and her bob never really looked the same again as she
flirted with longer hair, darker hair and even nasty slightly wavy hair, so make the most of these pictures and remember how

A very close second, (dare we say ‘by a hair’s breadth’ ?), to Maryam D’Abo’s blonde delight, (above), is Drew
Barrymore’s blonde bob with bangs / fringe in the 1996 production : ‘Scream’. To be perfectly honest Drew’s is the
better bob, (the fringe clinches it), but sadly Drew gets sliced up inside the first ten minutes of the film and spends much
of that time ducking about in the gloom, so the bob never gets the prolonged exposure that it truly deserves and for this
reason alone we have to give the top award to Maryam, at Drew’s expense. Also Maryam is far prettier.
We never get past the first ten minutes of Scream because of Drew’s premature demise. At least her hair was not spoilt
by any splashes of blood in the frenzied knife slash fest.
