Alice in Wonderland pages - Page one
Alice in Wonderland :
Now what is it about the Alice in Wonderland look that does it for us ? It's a difficult one to put your finger on, but
there something about the pale blue dress, white pinafore and black mary-jane shoes, best typified by Fiona Fullerton in
the 1972 musical or Amelia Shankley in the 1985 'Dreamchild', (or failing that the Walt Disney cartoon), that is just,
frankly, rather arousing. Our Alice in Wonderland fetish.
Then there’s the white bloomers, the blue and white hoped stockings and don’t get us started on the Alice band. So why
is it that of the three Alices listed above, the only one with long blonde hair is a cartoon ? Surely there is still the definitive
Alice in Wonderland film out there waiting to be made and I guess we might all have our own ideas of who should play
Alice, but for God’s sake, just don’t make it another bloody musical. The 1972 version with Fiona Fullerton is best
appreciated with the mute button handy for virtually all the singing bits, but the front-buttoning pale blue Alice dress is
top-class. In the films opening and closing scenes we even get to see it worn without the pinafore, but for the vast majority
of the film, including the swimming sequence, it is the meticulous Alice look for the delightful Fiona.
Fiona Fullerton romps about as Alice in the 1972 Musical of the same name.
Amelia Shankley in ‘Dreamchild’, (left), may be a
brunette, but with a cracking bob like that she is more than
forgiven. It's more than worth sitting through all the
nonsense about the old biddy going off to America for
the flashback sequences of our Amelia in her Alice
costume.
If anyone knows of an Alice on film to come close to
these two then we’ve not yet heard of it, and believe us,
thanks to this marvelous website I think we must have heard
about all of them.
Alice from down the far-eastern rabbit hole :
People from
around the World
have their own
personal reasons
for wanting to
dress up us our
blue dress and
white
pinafore-clad
heroine, Alice, but
in Japan, for some
reason, they all
seem to be at it.
Not too many
blonde Japanese
girls though,
unfortunately.
Pretty enough
though to attract
our interest.
Nice shoes too.
Sometimes Alice can be a bit naughty and may have to be punished . . . .
Occasionally all this 'white rabbit disappearing down holes' business can get a bit too much for young Alice and she is prone to
misbehave. Sometimes there's nothing for it but a good old-fashioned Victorian spanking.
Charles Dodgson would surely have approved.
Should you fancy organising your very own Alice attired romp
about the bedroom or be looking for the appropriate outfit to
don before leaping down any rabbit holes you might come across,
then these people, (left), can help you out with the complete grab
no mater what your size, or thoughts about corporal punishment :
